Australian Orders 

Standard shipping is offered at no cost on all orders OVER $99 within Australia, regardless of delivery destination.

Shipping costs for small orders and for delivery outside Australia are calculated in the checkout on our website and are displayed before you enter any payment information. You will be able to review the total cost of your order, including any shipping fees, before you submit any payment. 

We do not offer express post as an option on our website as unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the speed of service. If you need to receive your Glow products urgently, we recommend visiting your local major or independent baby store and purchasing in store.

Please note that Glow products that connect to a wall socket will come with a power plug suitable for an Australian or New Zealand wall outlet. You may need to purchase a power adapter to connect the plug to your local wall socket.

Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt and by the customer.

Order tracking 

After completing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email on the same day. When the items are ready to dispatch to you, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

Digital items including Bundled Hardware Codes for access to our app are emailed to you on the day of purchase. If you did not receive your email containing your app access code, please check your spam/junk folder.
