The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has advised that the track between South Australia and WA will not reopen before Easter following ongoing flooding and damage to rail infrastructure.
As a result of the ongoing rail line closure, orders to this region are likely to be delayed for up to 3 weeks.
Standard shipping is offered at no cost on all orders OVER $99 within Australia, regardless of delivery destination.

International Shipping – NZ, North America, Europe and Rest of World
Shipping charges will be calculated in the checkout before you enter any payment information: you will be able to review your cart to see the total cost of your order, including shipping fees, before you submit any payment.
Please note that Glow products that connect to a wall socket will come with a power plug suitable for an Australian or New Zealand wall outlet. You may need to purchase a power adapter to connect the plug to your local wall socket.

Order tracking
After completing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email on the same day. When the items are ready to dispatch to you, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Digital items including Bundled Hardware Codes for access to our app are emailed to you on the day of purchase. If you did not receive your email containing your app access code, please check your spam/junk folder.
