Glow Dreaming highly commended at the 2023 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards
The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards is an annual national survey that recognises the best-rated brands in Australia.
For this year’s awards, Finder polled more than 30,000 Australians to determine the winners, making it a reliable barometer of what consumers really think.
Surveyed customers were asked to rate their recent purchases across several key metrics, including value for money, performance and ease of use.
In the Retail Awards for Best Appliances, Glow Dreaming received a Highly Commended award for its humidifier range, beating out big brands such as Breville, DeLonghi and Ionmax.
Customers scored Glow Dreaming highly across all metrics including cleaning and maintenance, product features and value for money. It received the highest score of any humidifier brand for ease of use.
In addition, Glow Dreaming received an overall recommendation rating of 90%. This means an impressive 9-out-of-10 surveyed customers gave the brand their seal of approval.
Glow Dreaming’s performance at the 2023 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards cements its position as one of the best humidifier and sleeping-aid brands in the country.
